– 1 Minute Banded Hamstring Stretch Per Side

 

3-4 Rounds (For Strength)

– 30m Farmers Walk (2 x 15m)

– 30-45sec Ring Support Hold

– 4 Wall Walks

 

**Complete Farmers Carries with Handles, KBs or DBs. Increase weight each round when possible.
