New to crossfit?
Great work on even getting this far. We start everyone out with a free introductory session.
The aim of the introductory class is to give you a chance to come in and see the gym, meet the coaches and try a little bit of the CrossFit Red Bluff training methodology.
If you enjoy your trial and decide that you want to give CrossFit Red Bluff a go we conduct two more one on one introductory classes before you start group training with the main group.
One of our coaches will walk you through some basic movements and assess the way you move. We will also use this time to start addressing any sort of limitations you may have and introduce you to our programming and some CrossFit intensity.
