Max Cals on Ski Erg, Rower and Air Bike.

 

Each team has one of each piece of equipment.

 

Three team members work at the same time, with the 4th team member resting. Teams can rotate the resting member at any time and in any way.

 

Do not reset equipment at any time. Score for total Cals on all 3 pieces of equipment.
