Warm Up:

– 225m Jog

– 10 Ring Rows

– 20 Abmat Sit Ups

– 1 Minute Calf Stretch Per Side

 

5 Rounds (For Strength)

– 2 x Rope Sled Pulls

– 10 Inverted Bar Rows

 

**Increase weight of sled each round when possible.

 

Then

 

20 Minute AMRAP

– 0.3mile Air Bike, Then

– 400m Run

 

**Rest 1 minute between rounds. Complete full round of any started before 20 minutes.
