– 1 Minute Calf Stretch Per Side

– 30m Light Dog Sled

– 1 Minute Hand/Wrist Stretch

 

4-5 Rounds (For Strength/Skill)

– 30m Dog Sled (3 x 15m)

– 30sec Handstand Hold

– 30m Plate Pinch Walk (3 x 15m)

 

Then

 

20 Minute AMRAP

– 12 Toes To Bar

– 10/8 Cals Air Bike

– 8 Burpee – Jumps To Touch Pull Up Bar

 

**Rest 30sec between rounds. Do not reset Air Bike.
