– 2 Overhead Squats
3rd Minute:
– 3 Thrusters
– 3 Push Jerks
– 3 Overhead Squats….etc
**Continue until required reps are not completed in any given minute. However if that happens before the 10th minute, follow the same pattern until 10 minutes is completed.
