10 Minute EMOM

– 3 Squat Cleans (Touch And Go)

 

Then

 

4 Rounds x 4 Minutes

 

For 3 minutes both partners perform the following, alternating between each movement as desired:

 

– Max Sandbag Moves Over 30″ Box @ 60/30kg

– Max Cals Ski Erg, Then

 

For the final minute, both partners at the same time perform:

 

– Max Pull Ups (Upscale: Synchro)
