10 Rep Max Dead Lift

 

3 x 90sec Planks Between Rounds

 

Then (Calf stretch during briefing)

 

4-5 Rounds

– 1 Minute: Max Toes To Bar

– 400m Run

 

**Using a running clock, if first round takes less than 3 minutes, start subsequent rounds at 4 minute intervals (5 total rounds). If first round takes more than 3 minutes, start subsequent rounds at 5 minute intervals (4 total rounds).
