**Increase weight between rounds for both movements if possible.
Then

– 60m Dog Sled @ 90/55lbs (4 x 15m)
– 15/12 Cals Air Bike
– 10 Burpee – Box Jumps @ 24”/20”
**Start rounds at 6 minute intervals, rest in remaining time.
