Warm Up:

– 1 Minute Air Bike

– 30m Light Dog Sled (2 x 15m)

– 10 Low Box Jumps

– 1 Minute Long Lunge Stretch Per Side

 

5 Rounds (For Strength)

– 30m Dog Sled (2 x 15m)

– 30sec Weighted Plank

 

**Increase weight between rounds for both movements if possible.

 

Then

 

5 Rounds

– 60m Dog Sled @ 90/55lbs (4 x 15m)

– 15/12 Cals Air Bike

– 10 Burpee – Box Jumps @ 24”/20”

 

**Start rounds at 6 minute intervals, rest in remaining time.
