5 x 1 Minute Planks Between Sets


For 20 Minutes, In Teams Of 4
– Max Distance Dog Sled @ 90/55lbs (20m Turnaround)
– Max Cal Row
– Max Reps Burpee – Jumps Onto Plates (2 x 20kg)

**Only 1 athlete at each station at any given time. The 4th athlete will rest. Athletes can change stations or sub out for the resting athlete at any time. All totals are cumulative throughout entire workout. Each 20m length on Dog Sled will score 10 reps to team’s total. Cals on Rower and Burpees are each worth 1 rep.
