– 12 Air Squats (5sec pause at bottom of each squat)
– 15 Light KB Sumo Dead Lift High Pulls, Then
– Group Barbell Hang Squat Clean Drills
3-3-3 Hang Squat or Power Clean (User’s choice)
Then
7 Rounds
– 4 Hang Squat Cleans or 6 Hang Power Cleans @ 155/105lbs
– 8 Toes To Bar
**Rest 30sec between rounds. User’s choice for Clean as above.
