– 1 Minute Dead Hang From Pull Up Bar

 

5 Rounds (For Strength)

– 2 x Rope Sled Pulls

– 3-5 Ab Wheel Rollouts

– 8-12 Bar Dips

 

**Increase weight of sled pulls each round.

 

Then

 

4 Rounds (20 Minute Time Cap)

– 0.5mile Air Bike

– 30 Weight Plate Ground To Overheads @ 45/35lbs

– 15 Burpee – Jumps Onto Weight Plate
