20 Minute AMRAP

– 200m Run

– 40m Walking Lunge (4 x 10m)

 

**Walking Lunge:

– Round 1,4,7…etc: Unweighted

– Round 2,5,8…etc: Wall Ball On Shoulder @ 30/20lbs

– Round 3,6,9…etc: Weight Plate Overhead @ 45/35lbs
