I was first introduced to CrossFit when Adam and Pete were running outdoor sessions in their local park and at the notorious “hill” at black rock beach, and I have never looked back.

I initially began CrossFit for the sole purpose of losing weight. I lost approx 16 kgs in my first 8mths. Soon my goals changed from losing weight, to how much weight can I lift?

For the past 2 years my husband and I travelled an hour a day 5-6 days a week to train at red bluff. The coaching is second to none. Coming into it with a lot of injuries I can’t praise the boys enough for their brilliant coaching and the safety first policy.

Crossfit red bluff has had such a positive impact on my life both physically and mentally. After 2 years I still looking forward to getting into the gym every night. You just never know what is going to be thrown your way.
