CROSSFIT LITE

At CrossFit Red Bluff we also offer some CrossFit Lite classes, this involves many of the standard CrossFit movements without the strength work or the olympic lifting. The programming incorporates Kettlebells, Slosh Pipes, Skipping Ropes, Sleds, Barbells and Dumbells, Wall Balls, Resistance Bands, Parallettes and Sandbags while also utilising many body weight movements and running.

These sessions are for all levels and are designed to create a fun training environment and social gathering while also introducing many people to CrossFit intensity. These sessions are run on Sundays either at our gym or at a local park or athletics track.
